We deliver cloud PBX systems, call center solutions, voice services, and digital communication tools for businesses across the Philippines. In the course of providing these services, we process personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and all applicable guidelines of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, share, and dispose of personal data when users interact with our platform, website, products, and support channels.
SCOPE
This policy covers all personal data collected, stored, or transmitted through our cloud infrastructure, whether managed directly by Telavi or through trusted third-party providers. It applies to:

- End users interacting with Telavi-powered systems
- GLC personnel involved in service operations
PERSONAL DATE WE COLLECT
We collect personal data necessary to provide, secure, and improve our services. This includes:

CALL DATA AND VOICE INFORMATION
For clients who enable call recordings, monitoring tools, IVR systems, and analytics dashboards, Telavi processes voice data, call metadata, and system logs solely to provide technical support or fulfill service requirements. Clients retain full control over enabling, disabling, or exporting voice recordings and communication logs. Telavi will never access call content unless explicitly authorized for troubleshooting or regulatory compliance.
DATA RETENTION
We retain personal data only for as long as required for service delivery, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, or other legitimate business purposes. Retention periods may vary depending on service type—such as call logs, system configuration files, or customer support history. Once data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with our retention standards.
DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
Personal data may be shared with trusted third parties that support our operations, including secure cloud hosting providers, payment processors, customer service systems, and authorized technical partners. These parties are bound by strict confidentiality and data processing agreements. Data may also be disclosed if required by law, court order, or government authority, including the National Privacy Commission. In cases of mergers, acquisitions, or corporate restructuring, data may be transferred under legally accepted safeguards.
CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFERS
Some data may be stored or processed outside the Philippines if required by our cloud hosting providers or technical partners. When this occurs, Telavi ensures that cross-border transfers comply with NPC requirements and that adequate contractual and security measures are in place to maintain data protection.
DATA SECURITY MEASURES
Telavi implements a comprehensive security framework designed to protect personal data. Our safeguards include end-to-end call encryption, secure SBC pathways, multi-factor authentication, role-based access control, continuous monitoring, intrusion detection, and regular security audits. We also maintain disaster recovery and business continuity systems to ensure uninterrupted service availability. All personnel handling personal data undergo privacy and security training.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
All individuals whose data we process have rights under the Data Privacy Act. These include the right to be informed, to access personal data, to correct inaccurate or incomplete information, to object to certain processing activities, to request deletion or blocking when applicable, to withdraw consent, and to obtain a copy of their personal data in a portable format. Requests to exercise these rights may be directed to our Data Protection Officer.
USE OF COOKIES
When accessing our website or dashboard, cookies may be used to enhance functionality, remember preferences, analyze site usage, and maintain session security. Users may adjust browser settings to restrict or disable cookies, though doing so may affect certain features of our services.
